How We Work
Discovery:
Our team invests time and effort in comprehensively understanding your needs, values, and culture, ensuring we can effectively identify and match the right talent with the right team.
Recommendation:
We work with you to decide and recommend the type of hiring process to implement. Depending on the role and level, you may wish to incorporate multi-stage interviews, presentations, panel interviews, psychometric testing and skills-based hiring tests.
Sourcing:
We craft role descriptions using specific language to attract the target talent. We maximise our extensive networks to source candidates that will align with your specific values, support your business goals and meet your budget needs.
Shortlisting:
Once we have narrowed down the best of the best, we will send you a short video of the candidates we want to put forward, keeping your time taken out for interview to a minimum, but without scrimping on a thorough hiring process.
Interview:
Many clients prefer to go it alone for this stage, however, as standard, all our clients receive a complimentary interview skills training session and guide to grading candidates fairly.

We’ll support your chosen admin process to get the offer and acceptance documentation issued and returned as quickly as possible.
